2. What data we collect
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, name, the content of your messages and the reference of the ad or page you came from.
- When you visit this website: technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, only through the cookies you accept (see section 6).
We do not collect specially protected data and we do not take automated decisions with legal effects.
3. Why we use your data and legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or the service you ask for (steps at your request / contract).
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website (your consent, given through the cookie banner).
- To meet administrative, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries and WhatsApp conversations: up to 12 months from the last contact, unless you become a client. Client data: during the relationship and then for the legally required periods. Cookie data: according to each provider’s retention period.
5. Who receives your data
Only service providers working for us under contract (hosting, messaging and advertising measurement providers). WhatsApp and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited process data when you contact us on WhatsApp or when you accept advertising cookies, under their own privacy policies. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, using appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
6. Cookies
We use cookies only after you accept them. If you decline, none of the optional cookies are loaded.
- Strictly necessary: remember your cookie choice. No consent needed.
- Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel): let us measure how our ads perform and count contacts through WhatsApp.
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, or by clearing your browser data.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to muebles@hervi.com, with a copy of an ID document if needed. If you are in Spain or the EU you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). If you are in the United Kingdom you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (www.ico.org.uk).
