How does payment work?

50% when you approve the quote and 50% before delivery. Taxes are included in the stated package price.

Is installation included?

Installation is included only for what each package specifies.

Do you check the measurements?

Always. We check the necessary measurements before the final order and confirm the furniture and finishes with you.

What if an item is unavailable?

We propose an alternative so you can decide. We never replace any product without your approval.

My home is still being built. Can I start?

Yes. This will be confirmed with you.
